In an effort to promote a comfortable work environment, we ask that you observe the following guidelines:

Voice Level: As a courtesy to the folks in the cubicles and office areas around you, please be aware of your voice level . (Not to mention your phone's "speaker" volume).

Cubical Conversations: Please limit hall or cubical conversations and be conscious of reducing the volume of your voice when cubical meetings are necessary (consider using an available conference room when necessary).

Refrain from having "sensitive conversations" in your work areas (i.e. political/religious/social topics).

Use in moderation: colognes, hair spray, air fresheners.

Food odors: If micro waving food, be aware that the odor may permeate an entire floor--such as burnt popcorn and fish.

These guidelines are in place in an effort to promote a comfortable working environment for all. We thank you for displaying these common courtesies to your co-workers. As always, please feel free to speak with your manager or with Human Resources if you have any questions or concerns.
